The Tenth Amendment Coalition of Florida will have a conference call tonight in which the enactment in Florida of the Montana Law that protects (from the Federal Government) the manufacture and sale of guns and ammuniation within the borders of Montana will be proposed for Florida. Such a law, in and of itslef will promote industry and commerce in the state of Florida, but legislators may be able to use it as a model to promote other areas of industry & commerce.
